MIXED VEGETABLE SALAD

Serves: 1 bowl
Preparation Time:10 Mins
Cooking Time:15 Mins

INGREDIENTS:
  • Olive oil
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • Few Curry Leaves
  • 1 Finely chopped green chili(depending on your taste of spicy food)
  • 1 cup finely chopped Cabbage
  • 1 cup finely chopped Bell pepper(green, red, yellow, of your choice or 3 of them)
  • 1 cup finely chopped grated Carrot
  • Few Coriander leaves.
  • Orgeno Seasonings/Chat masala(whichever you prefer)
  • Salt to taste
Note: If you do not want to use olive oil then take a good non-stick pan and saute the vegetables, if required add few drops of vegetable stock.

METHOD:
  1. Take a pan, Heat the oil, add Mustard seeds, Curry leaves.
  2. Add finely chopped green chili, cabbage saute it.
  3. Then add finely chopped Bell pepper, Carrot, Oregano seasoning, salt.Saute it well, till it cooks.
  4. After removing off the flames, add finely chopped coriander.
Serve Fresh!!
