Detox Drink Recipe- An Early Morning Drink

This is a quick detox recipe, which has to be taken in morning, empty stomach.
This drink will easily help you loose weight, Especially good for losing belly fats.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2-3 glasses of Water
  • Few Slices of Cucumber
  • Mint leaves(chopped)
  • 1 Lemon cut into slices
  • Half Ginger(Chopped)
METHOD:

  1. Take 2-3 glasses of Water in a jar, add slices of Cucumber, few chopped mint leaves, lemon slices, chopped ginger.
  2. Prepare this mixture at night, keep it the whole night.
  3. Next Morning Strain the water and drink it.
Drink this every morning, results will be surely seen.
