Mixed Vegetable Soup

Preparation Time:10 Mins
Cooking Time:30 Mins

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 Full Cabbage
  • 2 Capsicums
  • 2-3 Tomato depends on the size
  • 2 Onions
  • 3 cups of water
  • Salt
  • Black pepper powder
METHOD:
  1.  Chopp the vegetables roughly(Onion, Capsicum, Tomato, Cabbage) in a vessel.
  2. Put water in the vessel, add chopped vegetables and put the vessel in a pressure cooker. Allow 3-4 whistles.
  3. After the Pressure cooker cools down, remove the vessel and blend it properly with hand-blender.
  4. Soup Consistency will be little thick, and creamy( because of cabbage)
  5. Boil the soup for 2-3 mins, add salt and pepper as per the taste.
  6. Add Basil Leaves to decorate on top
Serve HOT!!!

Can be served with: Brown Bread loaf pieces.
